How to Apply

1. Schedule an Observation

Initial visits are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday weekday mornings. This gives prospective families a chance to see the uninterrupted morning work cycle: a hallmark of Montessori education. Your visit will start with a tour of the school, followed by a chance to sit and observe a class at work. Before you leave, you will have an opportunity to meet with our administrative staff to ask any questions you may have. Please note that these initial visits are for adults only.

2. Submit an Application

Applications are accepted online, if you need to access and submit an application while at the school, please let us know during your visit. Please keep in mind that spaces do fill early.

3. Secure your Enrollment

If your child is accepted to our school in a tuition-based program, we require that you sign a contract confirming enrollment. You are responsible for 1 (one) month of tuition if you choose to withdraw to your child attending.

4. Open Enrollment Information

Open enrollment purpose and process.

Open enrollment is an annual process that is followed by public charter schools in order to establish and maintain equitable access to a school of choice. Open enrollment applies to children that are school age (K-6).Preschool and Toddler applications are accepted on a rolling first-come, first serve basis.

In order to participate in our open enrollment process, we require new families to complete the current application each March. It is important to return this paperwork by its due date in order to secure a space for your child in our lottery, if a lottery is necessary. Your application puts your child/ren on our list for any required lottery.

You may submit your application online via our digital platform, Transparent Classroom.

After we receive your completed application, you will get an automatic confirmation of receipt of your child's application from the Transparent Classroom. Your child will be added to our waiting pool and confirmed for enrollment by May 1st, unless a lottery is held.

If you have not scheduled your observation and visit to the school at the time of application, you may set this up after submission.

We will send an email confirming that your child is on our classlist. Registration materials are sent in early August. Childcare contracts are due in June and serve as a formal commitment to attending.
