After School Program
Leelanau Montessori Public School Academy offers an after-school program for pre-registered children at our Lake Leelanau campus.
The program serves children ages 3–12 years old and provides a calm, enriching extension of the school day in a familiar Montessori environment.
What to Expect
Our Program's Unique Features
Program Schedule & Eligibility
The after-school program runs Monday through Thursday from 3:10–5:30 pm. Enrollment is available to children ages 3–12 and is limited to families who pre-register. Participation will be confirmed in June.
Daily Enrichment Activities
Each afternoon includes a balance of active and quiet experiences that support children’s well-being and interests. Activities may include:
- Outdoor play
- Cooking
- Art projects
- Reading
- Quiet and independent activities
Registration, Cost & Requirements
The cost of the after-school program is $20 per child, per day, billed on the 1st of each month via ACH debit. Registration serves as both an application and a contract. Families are billed for the number of days selected, regardless of absences or non-use of reserved slots.
To participate, children must have the following on file with the school:
- Up-to-date immunization record or immunization waiver
- School-aged statement of health
- White card
These documents will be collected at the beginning of the school year. To register for the program, please contact the business office.
