LMPSA Application for Enrollment
Open enrollment begins March 12, 2012 for the 2012 - 2013 school year.
You can download an application form below. After filling it out, please mail it along with a $50 non-refundable enrollment deposit (unless your child is five years old by December 1, 2012- pending current State legislation to change start date) to: Leelanau Montessori Public School Academy, P.O.Box 838, Suttons Bay, MI 49682.
